Recently stayed here for 7 nights in one of the rooms with the premium lounge access - we were able to have snacks and drinks on the 2nd floor between certain hours each day! Our fridge had complimentary drinks also. The room was 17sqm so more spacious than our hotel in Tokyo which was 13sqm. Staff spoke English really well, room was always clean (house keeping daily). Hotel was right above the subway and across the road from a supermarket and right next door to 7/11. We used the self service laundry on level 3 which had a drying option also - this was easy to use as instructions are also in English. Only accepts 100 yen coins but you can ask for change from the reception in the lobby. Late check out 11am - asked if we could store our luggage while we went out for something to eat and more shopping - staff were fine with this. Would definitely stay here again if in Osaka next time!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The buffet breakfast is amazing and totally worth the upgrade cost. The lounge that comes with the high floor rooms is also pretty nice to relax after a long day of shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had 2 rooms booked and were great, buffet breakfast was fantastic, only negative is that there is no option to use streaming services on TVs .. other hotels i have stayed in Japan offer this service.
