this property is a gem. very well located with close proximity of the subway and restaurants. Very quiet excellent service. the breakfast is included but needs more options for westerners. I would certainly stay there again.

Place is very good. Room comfortable and, for Japan, quite spacious. The only let down was breakfast. Too rushed. Also they did not replenish the trays. Last day we went to breakfast 40 min before cut off but they had already run out of bread and croissants.

Clean and friendly. Walking distance to Osaka palace and McDonald’s and 7-eleven for quick grab since we were traveling with toddlers. They have their own parking garage under the building that was a plus.
