Where are the staff?

I'm not sure if there are many staff at this hotel. We only seen a person at the front desk once when we first checked in. We stayed three nights and never saw any housekeeping staff. I placed a do not disturb sign but we weren’t given clean towels.

It was clean and safe. Staff was limited but efficiently served us. We were most of the day day out on sight seeing and came back tired. Bed was confortable and just slept well.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet which is exactly how we like accommodation to be. Breakfast was good, with a tasty selection of food. We would be very happy to stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel and affordable. Small but the room is so clean and bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is so nice with pre-heated toilet bowl seat. It is also near to the Juso Station.

5 minutes to train station and easy connect to Kyoto or Osaka CBD.The room is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is unexpected big. Breakfast has a lot of options and staff's service is good as well!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Hotel is very new and spotless. Just had difficult locating from Juso Station. Would have been good to have some signs nearby.

Reasonable comfort for the relatively low price.

Sakura Suite Hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to Osaka-Umeda subway stations & shopping either by subway from local station or a 20 minute walk across the bridge. Rooms were ok although the double room was cramped - not much room for luggage. Breakfast was great & staff helpful. Overall good memories of a pleasant time in this modest Osaka hotel.
