Best of all is the large resort-style pool with a lazy river, a water playground with slides, cabanas, and a tiki bar! This luxury vacation home is just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions, shopping, and dining.

This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury villa sleeps 14. The bedding arrangement makes this villa perfect for large families looking to share. There is also a Pool table and Foosball table to entertain the whole family. With all of this and more, this home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style.

The clubhouse pool will be closing for a period of 17 days (SEPTEMBER 6- SEPTEMBER 22) Re-opening September 23rd. This closure will be to refurbish and repair our children's play area.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee of $89 plus tax will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents.
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
