    Everything was fantastic! The room was very clean. We requested a few towels and they gave us many! We were driven to our room and when we left, they drove us up to the main entrance at check out. All staff was very helpful. Great location!

    They charged me a resort fee which wasn’t detailed in my itinerary. And they wouldn’t give it back they made me check out before my itinerary said I would have too overall not great

    I reserved a one bedroom. With a sofa. Upon check in I was given a cracker box room one king bed, one room with bunk beds. And a kitchen/ living room . Very small. I did call the resort before booking to make sure they had elevators, do to a handicap I often use a scooter to get around. There are no automatic doors on any of the buildings. I had to wait for someone to open the door, or try myself. I was moved the next day. But what a hassle.

    The waterpark was an extra fee on top of the already pricey resort few but it was worth it. Lots of slides and lazy river. Plus a heated wave pool. Cafe and bar on premises.
