Nice house, terrible neighborhood
Let me state that the house was perfect for a large family and if were anywhere else run by some other company instead of IHM I would stay here again.
However, the issues we had were many and the solutions few. A non working refrigerator with no ice to a shortage of towels which they state would be in each bathroom.
When the rest of our party arrived they heard commotion in the front of the house. The neighbors were out playing football. No big deal, except they were screaming fighting throwing trash everywhere and it was after midnight. Ok…we get it. They are having fun let them be. Every single night these adults were out. The company’s security asked if there was violence involved. When we said no, they stated that they were too busy to come out. We finally called the police the next two nights as the same thing happened. Since we had no sleep for 3 nights I asked if they would comp a late checkout to which the answer was no. I then paid an extra 80 dollars to let my elderly parents sleep in a little.
Again the house was great. The rental company IHM is not taking proper care of their guests nor do they seem to care If there are issues.
