West Lucaya Village Resort is an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. This family-friendly resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, and is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.
Only 35-minutes' drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando's famous attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Disney World and so much more. The resort amenities include a gated community with resort pool (Community Pool does not Offer Pool Heated ), and hot tub, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with fitness center and internet café.

The check-out time is 10:00 AM.
We will charge additional fees if there is a delay in check-out.
Must be 25 years and older to complete a reservation and have positive reviews.

NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.

NO PETS- Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.

NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee

Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.

For all gaming equipment If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.

No street parking after 8pm or your vehicle will be towed by security.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles

The grill can be used with no extra charge as long as it is cleaned prior to check out. If not you will be subject to a $40 cleaning fee. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.

$20 for every damaged/ missing towel

Do NOT touch the pool equipment/machinery at the side of the house, otherwise you will get a $100 fine.

All items in the home including decorations to devices are not to be removed from the premises
