The Hotel is in a good location with much around. The size of the hotel was great. Check in was a struggle. We had to wait in a line. There wasn’t enough help in that area. This place is big, navigation to the room after checking in was confusing. We were told we were near the pool and restaurants but we never even saw them. We would have stayed on the property longer if it was more like it’s description on the website. Close to Disney Springs which is the high light of this hotel. Room was clean enough. I wouldn’t go in the bathtub, appeared dirty. When I made coffee the coffee maker leaked all over the counter. I’m glad we only stayed one night. I would have checked out early and stayed somewhere else if it were any longer of a stay.
