We’ve been coming to Florida for years, but never experienced this. When we arrived we found 4 dead big cockroaches, the pool had a dirty film on the surface and the barbecue that would be present was not there. Communication was a struggle, because we were messaging and calling with 3 different numbers/ people. They often replyed in Portugese, but made sure that things were being taken care of the day after. On day two the pool was cleaned. On day three we found a large live cockroach and they sent pestcontrol. On day 4 we found a nest of gekko’s living behind the tv and on day 6 we found another large live cockroach in a bedroom. Management did react to our compaints, but the house just has too many issues and is just not cleaned properly. The house appears dirty in every corner, the sink was very dirty doorposts appear to never been wiped and under the front door are big gaps where insects can enter the house easily. We were happy with the location, the view and the neigbourhood, but would not stay here again.
