At first look the property appeared nice, but cleanliness wasn’t to our liking. Wanting to not dampen the trip we done some cleaning ourselves and didn’t complain. After coming back from a long day in the parks we found our food covered in roaches. The guest contact we were given was incredibly nice and seemed to want to help, but the management company was unwilling. We initially wanted to just move to another property, but they sent us listings and told us we would need to book and pay for another place ourselves and then request a refund. Meaning we would have to pay for 2 places through them, and hope to get one back. They finally agreed after hours of back and forth to refund the remainder of the week and we booked elsewhere. They didn’t seem to care at all that we were in a property with a serious roach problem.
