2024 Spring Break Family Trip

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. The property managers are responsive, professional, and quick to address any concerns/issues in regard's to the property. This was most of my family’s 1st time visiting FL and experiencing a home of this caliber. Now they are ready to plan next years family trip & most likely we will rebook the same property!

Nice gathering house

The house was good for our purposes. Kids were entertained and bedrooms and common room were large enough for our group which was similar to the recommendations of the host. Some of the rooms and furniture could use some updated but overall everything was adequate.

we all had a great time; we were very impressive with this property. Kids had a great time adults enjoyed it.A few of the door handle wouldn't lock a few of the bathtubs wouldn't drain completely, other than that everything was satisfactory.

We arrived early and property mgr said there was a fee to get in early so we opted to go to the community pool. It wasn’t even open and was under construction. Once inside property and found out that garage ac didn’t work, there was tear in couch, dishwasher broken, broken doorhandles, sinks that didn’t work and no propane for fire pit and dryer didn’t dry clothes - informed property mgr who then stated that we were there for a couple hours so we must have broken everything. AC is locked so we called to get the temp lowered as we were sweating all night to be told that they couldn’t because the pipes would FREEZE - seriously someone who doesn’t know how cold temperatures work or someone who hasn’t lived up north. So we sweated the entire stay. Very disappointing-this property mgr was rude and ignorant. Will never use Huxley again. The neighborhood was good and location was awesome but they did nothing about loud parties going all night.

Amazing Disney House! Worth the stay!

The house and the communication was great. We have a large family and comfortably fit The location wasn't far from Disney and was near all the regular stores like Walmart, Target & Sam's Club. Huxley is an excellent host. Don't hesitate to book this house, just not around Christmas. My family will be there!

Not what we were use to. Glass on the patio half of my group and myself ended up cutting are feet. The person who wouldn't answer my phone calls but would text me said some not nice things. Hate to say but was disappointed. The gentleman who did come and fix things was amazing and truly tried to make things write.

Great accommodation

The house was also suitable for large groups and has plenty of space. Everything was as described, clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent at all times and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet and very close to the various parks. Supermarkets and the like can all be reached in a short time. We'd love to come back. :)
