Wonderful home and the pool/hot tub were incredible. Our group had an amazing time this week and my friend was baffled that I paid less for 5 nights here than I would have for the most basic Disney or Universal hotel. I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay. Thanks again to the owner for making this week possible!

Our stay this week was outstanding. John was great. Communication was easy and he was forthcoming with updates, changes, etc. The home was very clean and in a great and quiet location. So Close to everything!

We loved our stay at this property! The pool-spa was amazing after a long day at the parks and the stores were all very close as well. This was a great location for our first visit to Florida!

Great, short stay

This house was more than sufficient for our family of 5. House is spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was super communicative making arrival very easy.

Absolutely fantastic villa on a beautiful gated community just 15 mins from Disney. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool is a really good size and was a lovely temperature - perfect for lazy mornings or to cool off after the theme parks. Inside the living room and bedrooms were really comfortable with modern and spacious bathrooms. Communucation with the owner was excellent and check-in was very quick and easy. The villa really felt like a home away from home, we loved it and we can't recommend it enough. We definitely hope to stay again the next time we visit Florida.

Great location, perfect for our family needs. Close proximity to Disney, Universal and shopping.

Very smooth experience from initial booking to check out. The villa was very homely, with all of the amenities you would need for a family of 5, with mixed age groups of kids. The pool and spa were great, beds very comfortable and plenty of living space to relax.

Family vacation

The whole family has had a great holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and within a short distance of all the parks and restaurants. The booking process was easy and efficient. We would definitely return to this villa.

Disney Trip

Short 4 night stay, 3 days at Disney parks. House was perfect for the 6 of us. 15-20 minutes to every Disney park and less than 10 minutes to just about any place you'd like to eat. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting!

Amazing location and comfortable stay near parks!

This was our first time going to Disney with our kids and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental property. Communication from John was fantastic and we didn’t have any trouble or issues prior to/ during our stay. The home was very clean and located near Disney, grocery stores and local shops. Can’t wait to stay hear again! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great Orlando spot!

Clean, well-laid out home that had lots of space for everyone! Great neighborhood convenient to everything Orlando has to offer, and nice to come home to after a long day. Pool and hot tub super easy to manage.

Nice Property, Location and Value

Outstanding property and perfect for our family. We had our 4 year old nephew and he loved the game room. The adults really enjoyed the hot tub after our long days in the park. The property is clean and conveniently located near everything - restaurants, shops and Disney. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I highly recommend this home for your family vacation in Orlando.

Wonderful Place

It was perfect beginning to end! The house was beautiful & the decor was great. We would love to buy the house we could live there for sure! The location was so convenient to all the Disney parks & Universal. Also, it was so close to restaurants & stores. We would highly recommend this house & location. The owner is very accessible if needed & very nice. Enjoy!!

Summer vacation 2023 House

Enjoyed this beautiful & lovely home. Everything was true to listing. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The home was very clean, and comfy. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would not hesitate to book again. Great experience.

Perfect!

This was probably the best house we’ve stayed in. The house has everything you could need. We’ve never had a better stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, crock pot, grill tools, etc. Owner was great to work with, very responsive.

37 days of fun!

We have stayed at many short term rental properties in Four Corners area over the years, our experience with John was top notch. Immediate response to inquiries and resolution to minor issues. We would definitely stay again. Pictures are accurate and the home was very clean.

Family Vacation

This home is wonderful! It was so nice to stay at a property that is exactly as it's listed / shown; there were no disappointments! Communication and check-in were perfect. As a family that's stayed in many Kissimmee area vacation properties, this one is definitely on our wish list to return to, if we can ever manage to snag another reservation, due to it being booked very far out. Thank you for having us!

Best vacation rental ever

For the vacationers who demand perfection, this house is for you. From communications with owner, most comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, heated pool and spa (which we needed), this was a dream stay. Best way we can tell interested prospects is that we booked an extended stay in 2023. That says it all. Thanks John

Great location

Property was just as pictured, well-equipped and in good location for Disney. The neighborhood was quiet in a smaller gated community. The pool and hot tub were always warm enough (85/102) for my littles to enjoy even on colder winter days. The pool alarms are loud and it took us a minute to get used to/remember the process to not set them off. Owner was preemptively responsive and all communications were spot on.

Beautiful home in Gated community

The house felt like home! We enjoyed our stay very much. This property is half hour from Orlando International Airport and 15-20 minutes to all major attractions. Less than 10 minutes away you’ll find minutes away Publix, Target! Walmart and many restaurants. Home was very clean and welcoming. It’s nicely decorated and comfortable. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. We had perfect weather so we were in the pool every day.

Everything you need for a pleasant stay!

This is a very beautiful home. It was clean and well stocked with any item you might need. The gated community was well maintained but there is A LOT of traffic on Rte 192 especially in the evening. Driving at that time took patience; but WDW World Drive is only minutes away and that connects you to all the parks and resorts! The house is very roomy with many places to relax without having to be with your entire family every minute! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
