Annual Buddy Golf Trip
The Resort at Reunion was very good. Accessible, security was solid and the abundance of golf for our group very close by suggests next year we may book in the Resort again to only play the 3 local courses and eliminate the need for 2 vans.
The home itself needs some TLC; a couple of the mattresses I was told were uncomfortable, water pressure in showers low, kitchen supplies at bare minimum.
We were not pleased that the outdoor kitchen from the pictures was not in operation. The outdoor fridge inoperable, grill was chained shut and ice maker also inoperable.
All through the process of booking the home with 5 Star Villa Holidays, was not what I had become used to...communication was slow with multiple follow-up requests required. Although we did manage to arrange and pay for pool/spa heating, we never did get any feedback on a grill, which we annually use at least a couple times per trip.
When we arrived, the WIFI address did not exist. To make matters worse, we were handed off to the local Property Management Company about a few questions (none resolved) and despite a promise to send over a Tech to resolve the WIFI, no-one ever showed up AND there was certainly no follow-up on our requests.
Given previous stellar experiences at previous rentals and the plethora of like homes in Orlando, we certainly would not rent this home from this Rental Provider again (no idea who actual homeowner is).
