We recently stayed at the 9-Bedroom Villa Near Disney and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for a “luxury” property. Upon arrival, the house was not clean: the cabinets were dirty, the downstairs bedroom had a strong odor reminiscent of old food, and the overall house smelled musty. Our towels were wet and left folded on the beds, and both the patio and front porch had trash scattered around.The couch had visible stains, there was food trapped under the glass on the dining table, and the dishwasher contained standing water with a foul odor. Many details were lacking: broken closet doors, crooked curtains, and no extra blankets available.To their credit, the management company was responsive and sent a cleaning team, but my husband spent the entire first day cleaning. While the rate was reasonable, this property fell short in every aspect of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.In summary, this home was not the upscale experience we anticipated. You truly get what you pay for.
