Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This house was just great! If you travel with boys they will love the Star Wars themed room! It’s like a Star Wars hotel! We really enjoyed the movie theatre in the house, got the chance to share a movie every night, it even had an XBox for the kids to play with. The house was really comfortable and clean. Close to Disney parks, shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!! I had stayed in this neighborhood at another house last year, but this house was so much better! Definitely booking this one next year!!

This home is outstanding for a business trip of many individuals or families travelling together. Super comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, and super cool entertainment. Watching sports on the enormous screen in the home theatre room is over the top!Would definitely recommend and rent again. Check in, communication, and check out was great

Clean, fun in every room. Wish one arcade machine had a power cable. There was a baby gate, but it was also missing pieces. The kitchen could also use a couple key items, but the house was exactly as described and lot of amenities.

Our family loved the pool and game room. There were some broken pieces in the game room and on the bunk befs that comes with the territory of a house being continually rented, but the host was quick to send someone out to fix as best as they could. Main gate was an ongoing issue for the neighborhood the duration of our stay. The property managers ultimately left it open 24/7 which we didn’t love.

This house was amazing and exactly as described! The game room, theater, and private heated pool and jacuzzi (definitely worth adding the pool heat!) were huge hits with our group. We soaked in the jacuzzi almost every night to unwind after long days at the parks.The home was super clean, spacious, and really well laid out. We loved that there were two master bedrooms on the first floor, which was great for our older family members. Having five king bedrooms worked out perfectly for our five adult couples, and the queen and twin beds were great for the teens and little ones. They even had a pack and play and three high chairs for our twin baby nieces — so thoughtful!The hosts were awesome — quick to respond and super helpful no matter what time I reached out. The resort amenities were also great and very clean. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Disney, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.The only minor thing was that there weren’t any pool toys or beach gear, but Walmart was less than five minutes away, and we grabbed what we needed there. The beaches were about an hour away, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas easily, so it wasn’t a big deal.Our family of 19 had the best time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The photos truly don't do this place justice! The little touches made all the difference, from having plenty of towels to being stocked with cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking spray. The pool was excellent, and the decor was beautiful. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Property manager quick to respond. Nice home! Needs minor fixing in certain areas like any home that may have been rented over and over. Carpet was wet upon arrival may have been ckeaned before we arrived. I would rent it again regardless of the minor things. Thank you for having us!

Overall, a very nice stay. We rented two homes as a larger group with the same host that were one house apart from each other. Very clean with the exception of hairs (not our hair colors) found in bathrooms at arrival which were very off-putting in terms of how they were cleaned. Kitchens were nicely stocked and dishes clean. Wish all rooms had ceiling fans which is ideal (my room personally did not and stayed hotter than others). Pool area was exactly as expected/pictured. More than ample parking which was appreciated. Many restaurants and grocery options close by, a Target specifically close. Very odd "conference room" in the open space upstairs - would have been nice to have a den set up with lounging chairs instead? Not all bunk beds had working functions (ie fan, light, charging dock), but some did. No issues during our stay and we would stay again if in the area.

Great House!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable beds, great pool. Kids loved the game room and the themed bedrooms! Location was convenient. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large families

Very clean. Could have paint “touched” up a bit on the inside. Check-in and check-out process could have been better. I called at least once a day for clarifications that they said they sent but didn’t send until AFTER I called. The security guy at the gate was more interested in his phone than checking to see if we belonged in the gated community or not. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.

We waren met 13 personen variërend in de leeftijd van 7 tot 64 jaar. Het huis was perfect voor zo’n groep. Iedereen had zijn eigen slaapkamer met badkamer, er was een vergaderzaal, een bioscoopzaal en een speelruimte, dus genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Het zwembad werd vaak gebruikt als ook het terras. We hebben diverse raketlanceringen gezien vanuit onze spa. De locatie was fantastisch, overal heel dichtbij en we hebben zelfs veel winkels lopend bezocht. We zijn aardig bekend in de omgeving omdat we er al jaren komen maar dit was veruit de beste locatie.

Wonderful stay.

The property was fantastic with a beautiful view of the water. It was new. It was well kept and my children ages 6 to 15 all had a blast. David was incredibly receptive and answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. His service was impeccable.

Excellent for all ages!

Our family/friend group of 12 stayed for a few nights before a cruise out of Port Canaveral! This was a perfect location… near to attractions, but not too close that it was impossible to go anywhere due to traffic. The resort amenities were lovely. House was better than in the photos. The pool heating never really made it warm enough to use for March 66-75 degree weather so that was a bit of wasted money.the hot tub also never got truly HOT, just warm. All ages LOVED the game room. Beds were extremely comfortable. House was clean and well cared for. Couches weren’t the most comfortable. Overall, we would absolutely stay again and it was an excellent value.

Stay here!

My family and I stayed here for 16 wonderful days! The house was everything it said on the website. It was super clean, comfortable and the kids were in heaven with the Star War beds and game room! My husband and grandchildren were in the pool and hot tub every chance they got! We did opt to have the pool heated which was well worth it. Story Lake resort itself was wonderful although crowded at times. We did walk to it stopping to see the alligator and turtles along the way there. The staff addressed any issues we had (which were few) in an extremely timely manner. Our suggestion… stay here, you won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a large house, great pool, great resort and hosts that are there for you! Thank you David and staff! Kathy
