Amazing as always

This is our 4th time staying at the Reunion Resort and its still amazing as ever. I doubt that we'll ever look past the resort. Such an amazing, welcoming and safe community. As for our rental property; this was amazing! It was our daughters first time in Orlando and she loved her 'florida house'. The rental was clean and had everything we could have ever asked for! Cant wait to stay again.

Overall very good. Couple of things could improve: 1) when using pool side entrance you must walk across the mulch bed. We were careful but still tracked mulch into the house. A few pavers could solve that problem. Stepping stones. 2) when we arrived- there were 3 partial rolls of TP. If they were full it might have lasted but…we would have been okay with full rolls 3). TV was a bit complicated and setting out some top level instructions would have helped

Great Stay

We only stayed a few nights but had a great time. Our kids loved the zero entry pool and water park. We would then come back and swim in the house pool as well. We enjoyed the playground near the liberty neighborhood for the shade and swings. We did not do any Disney parks since we did not staying long enough to make it worth it. We did find Gatorland which was fun. Only a few hours spent there but the kids thought it was cool. Any issues that came up in our stay were handled immediately. I would recommend this home and booking through reunion.

Loved the resort, wouldn't rent this house again.

The house is well done, not huge, but nicely put together with finishes, it looks pretty when you walk in. The oven didn't work very well, it made lots of noises and kept coming up with error codes. Some lights were burnt out and the house isn't very well lit, and lights are on switches they shouldn't be so when you turn them on the lights flash so we couldn't use the light in the living room. The living room could use lamps for that reason. There's fancy chandeliers everywhere but they don't function well, very dim and the porch light was burnt out along with lights throughout the house, and there were switches that we couldn't figure out what they went to. I don't think it had been rented in quite some time because there is a leaking sink in the master that was covered in mildew/mold and there was some sealant squirted around the drain, almost like you shouldn't be using it and the counters were pretty dusty. Reunion takes care of the trash, you call a number and they pick it up, it usually took two days and two calls to get it picked up, which resulted in bags being torn open by animals in the night because you have to leave it on the doorstep. The sliding glass door is rickety and very loud, and the screen doesn't stay on the track. The back pool screen door latch and lock is broken so the door just sits open. The theater room was nice to have at night for our teenagers. We couldn't get the theater open the first day so maintenance had to come and get the lock open. The front door lock also wouldn't work all the time. The beds weren't very comfortable and we were wishing we had brought our own pillows. The pool only gets sun until about 1:00, and then it's in the shade, so we didn't get much use of it since it stayed pretty cold. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and overall we really liked the resort, but wouldn't rent this house again. You have to park on the street, there isn't a driveway which got a little difficult sometimes. Friends rented another house on the resort, in a better area, paid less, and it was much bigger with a driveway, another full bathroom and their switches were all nicely labeled.
