Good location but needs attention

Located in great neighborhoods and close to the parks. But the house needs lots of cleaning and fixing. Such as showers have molds, carpet is old and dirty and missing kitchenwares.The owner was notified about the issues but never addressed.

Perfect family spot

Recently stayed here with my wife and 3 children along with my brother, sister in law, and their 3 children-- it was perfect! Communication with the property owner was very easy and helpful. The mass quantity of bedrooms in the house lent itself to solid rest for everyone, and the pool and hot tub were in great shape. We would definitely stay there again!
