Worst experience ever. Room was ok but the people in the room next door had music on and were singing out loud all night until 4 am. You could literally hear everything and they continued to go in and out of the room and you could hear the door slamming. I called the front desk and nobody fixed the situation. The next morning I hat to have the remaining night cancelled and refunded. The lady at the front desk apologized and said he need to call the manager at 10 am and he will process the refund. I called back at 10 am and the person was so rude and told me there is nothing they can do and that they will not refund me the money. He told me that I have to call Expedia and that whatever the lady at the front desk told me was not correct. Luckily Expedia has the best customer service support and was able to resolve the situation and give me a refund.
