To start with, they will change you for damages that you did not do. We are a couple in our 60's and took very good care of their property. This is the biggest thing to consider when booking this place, the road (sandbank road) that runs behind the unit goes to a sandbank. The large dump trucks start at or before 5:00 am every morning except Sundays. They were so loud that we moved to the bedroom with the twin beds to try to cut down on the noise but it didn't help much. We were still awakened early every morning by the truck noise. About the unit.... The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are both upstairs so if you or someone in your group have a hard time with stairs this could be a problem. It was not a problem for us.The living room and dining area were okay, I guess that I would call them functional.There is a little play area for little kids and it seemed to have some toys and books. We didn't really check it out because we didn't have little kids with us. Now the kitchen... whoever designed this (the builders?) should look for a new career. It has very little cabinet space. There was NO place to put food supplies. The appliances were new(er) and in nice condition but you can't open the refrigerator all the way because there is a wall across from it that if you try to open it too far it will hit the wall. We didn't use the dishwasher so I can't speak about that. I would not stay here again due to the trucks and the dishonest charges.
