Decent Home Near Disney
I would have given this a rating of 5-stars but there were a few things that were not five stars.First of all, we did'nt get the house we reserved, a week before our trip, they had a leak. The new house was definitely large enough.We had 13 people, all family. Going to Disneyworld was a Christmas gift for our kids and grandkids. This is why we searched out a large home via VRBO. No parking on streets, but others did. Our cars in the driveway were blocking the sidewalk and we were given notices, which they stuck to our windows and ripped off badly. Propane for bbq was empty, host wanted us to fill it, but that shouldn't be a worry on my vacation.Pool heater didn't work. Said it was too cold. Both required money to use, which was just over 300 plus tax. Money was reimbursed except tax applied on that fee. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced, ie. downstairs sofa and love seat. Most of the bedroom TVs were not working. Upstairs bathrooms need a really thorough cleaning, cobwebs and dirty corners. It needs some TLC. Many light bulbs are out. Pillows need to be replaced, ripped and stuffing coming out.No shuffle board table as advertised. Advertise four king beds, only three. No plug for the upstairs tub. We had five kids, need tubs for sure. Very warped upstairs floors. Leg on glass table broke (needs screws).House is large, lots of room. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, as well as towels for baths.
