Very good place to stay. Specially the bed is very clean and the quiet A/C has the constant fan option that I like. Breakfast OK includes self made Waffles. Staff friendly and helpfull.

AFTER ALL THE PLACES WE HAVE STAY THIS ONE WAS THE WORST ,FIRST THE FRONT DOOR HAD A HUGE SPACE BOTTOM OF DOOR HAD A VISITER A LIDZARD,ALL FOUR PILLOWS WITH VERY BAD NASTY STAINS AND DIRTY,NEXT THE ROOM HAD A IRON BOARD AND NO IRON COULD NOT IRON MY CLOTHES SOPKE TO ONE OF THE GIRLS IN FRONT LOBBY AND STATED THAT IF THEY FIND ONE TO COME BY AT 6AM AND PICK ONE UP IF THEY HAD ANY,NEXT NO SAFE TO PUT MY VALUABLE,LAST BUT LEAST DID NOT FEEL SAFE EATING BREAKFAST AT 6 IN THE MORNING,SO I GUESS LAST TIME WE WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL, NELSON/LAURA

The bathroom was dirty. Had hair in it. The TV did not work. Had static cannot see. It told front desk. Front desk did nothing about none of it. Was stuck with it because everything sold out around me. Just hope to save someone else the headache.

Beautiful on the inside

The hotel facade and parking lot need a little makeover. The pool should be a heated pool until June, but the hot tub was hot and the pool area was clean and furnished well. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. There should be bigger bath towels, but the high quality shampoo and conditioner dispensed in the shower are divine! While the water in this part of Orlando smells like sulphur, the water here wasn't as stinky. Loved the real freezer above the fridge. Need more coffee servings in the room. Soft sheets and perfectly firm pillows. Breakfast was good! My only complaint is that there was a regular "resident" standing at the front desk when I was trying to check in. He was yelling at the clerk and the manager and jumping around, pointing his fingers everywhere because he wanted to know who turned him in for something illegal. They should not let crackheads or dealers live in the hotel during tourist season. I felt bad for the clerk and the manager.

Pool was not working for 3 days and dirty, breakfast was fair, no eggs, pool deck needs new loungers,. For the price was okay, but i would pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Patio furniture at the pool is falling apart. Drawer in cabinet is falling out. Furniture in room is worn. And there is a space under the door that would allow any insects and some lizards to come in. Also, the sink was clogged and drained slowly. Not a comfortable night. Won’t be back

There was no hot water in the shower. Beds were so so uncomfortable. We had to go to the office to get clean towels. Cable didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv. We did like having a fridge and microwave.
