Place was fine, management poor

The dishwasher was broken the entire time (no power to it whatsoever), we had to run the dryer 3 times before we realized that wasn't working because the gas was shut off (no note to indicate that or where to turn the gas on). There were pieces of broken glass in the kitchen floor when we arrived and the floors were pretty dirty.

Nice area with gated pool/hot tub. We were not given the gate code to the pool or bathrooms at the pool area. We had to call and we were given a wrong code. Fortunately a local man gave us his code so we could use the pool. Also working the TV’s (Roku) was a challenge to figure out. It would have been helpful if instructions were there typed out. some of the area wasn’t as clean as it could have been. All in all, we had a great trip! All in all

It was very convenient. The kitchen island had tiny ants that came out whenever food was placed on the island, other than that driving my daughter nuts it was great.
