Our trip was nothing short of amazing and mainly because we had a wonderful place to stay. The amenities are fantastic. The security team was great! Everything was easy for check in and out. House had everything you need. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber eher sonderlich. Wir waren nicht zum ersten mal in Venetian Bay anders als jedoch bei unseren bisherigen Gastgebern gab es keine richtige Vorabinformation. Da wir wussten was zu tun ist, war das nicht so schlimm aber für jemanden der erstmalig dort übernachtet, schwierig. So wurde kein Info zur Müllentsorgung angegeben, erst am Anreisetag wurde der Code mitgeteilt. Hätten wir nicjt schon vorher nach der Registierung des Wagens für den Parkplatz gefragt wäre auch dies zu spät gewesen. Während unseres aufenthalts sollten wir den Schlüssel zunächst für eine ganze Woche wieder deponieren, da eine Inspektion stattfinden sollte. Wir teilten mit, dass wir uns damit unwohl fühlten da unsere gesamten Sachen sich im Haus befunden haben. Wir haben dann Tage nichts mehr gehört. Am Freitag forderte uns dann der Vermieter auf den Inspekteur reinzulassen, da es sonst passieren könnte das der Verwalter einen Schlüsseldienst bestellt und dieser derm Vermieter berechnet werden würde. Wir waren jedoch bis einschließlich Sonntag nicht vor Ort. Somit war es uns nicht möglich. Am Abreisetag meldet sich der Vermieter, das der Check Out bis 11 erfolgen muss. Dies ist zwar eine normale Zeit aber auch diese Info gab es vorher nicht. Die Info erfolgte gegen 10:30. Keine 10 Minuten später standen bereits die neuen Gäste vor der Tür und versuchten die Wohnung zu betreten. Kommunikation mangelhaft.
