This charming and wonderfully cozy first floor apartment is ideally located in a very quiet residential area. On the south-facing terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast in the sun even in winter. Afterwards, you can drive to the beach in 5-10 minutes by car and enjoy the rest of the day there.
Within 10 minutes on foot you can reach several stores and restaurants and are thus well supplied in every respect on vacation. Only 2.5 km away, the new shopping center ZENIA Boulevard awaits you, a true paradise for shopping fans.
