Run down. The double room suite we received was atrocious. Found out it had a guest with pets the night before unexpectedly and the room wasn't cleaned and ready till 6pm. 3pm is the check-in. The room still smelled horrible, a cross between cleaning products and animal. The room was missing several ammenties it had advertised, most of them should've been standard. Coffee maker, water bottles, DVD player,, not to mention both room's beds had massive stains on the showing mattresses and box springs. Yes exposed, the sheets didn't fit the beds fully and they had no comforters. They looked like a prison bed. The frames were also broke. Both rooms had broken down bathrooms. Missing light bulbs, broken floor tiles, urine stains under toilet seat, and one bathroom had a broken fan in ceiling. The front room had a open plated electrical box meant for a smoke alarm, which we found on the top of closet. Could go on, but I think everyone already has the image. Hopefully they stop unethically renting junk rooms. They are renovating one half of hotel currently. But if the other half is falling apart too ,maybe closing for a bit would help any reputation they have.

This place should be torn down it is in terrible condition. Most of the buildings look permanently closed , the pool and spa are definatel permanently closed. This place is a candidate to become the next Bates Hotel. Under no conditions should you stay. There were no outside lights, the walk ways were in bad condition and i stumbled in the dark. I call the night manager ( the office was closed) to get l lights turned on and he told me the outside lights were broken yet they put us in a room in the darkest corner of the building. We were told there was a free breakfast included but even by 8:15 there was no body in the office and there was no coffee nor food. Also i was told at check in to pick up my receipt in the morning which i could not do because there was no body in the office when i was leaving at 8:15.

The hotel was easy to find. Although the room was clean, it was very run down. There were holes in the walls, spackeling that was not painted over, an extremely noisy air conditioner, and a window shade / covering that had a two inch gap at the left and a four inch gap on the right. It failed to cover and block out the nearby streetlight. The water temperature in the shower could not maintain a steady, comfortable temperature. It was evident that the owners had neither the interest, resources, time, or pride in the property to maintain it.

It was dirty doors dont work properly a piece of foam on bed they call it memory foam just not a very clean place to stay inside or out
