Family roadtrip

Pros: very nice staff, balcony and fireplace, robes, view of ocean/sunset is amazing, and fire pits, comfortable beds. Walking distance to Nye shops and beach. Good free parking. Cons: property is a bit older and needs some maintenance (cleaning of windows on balcony, some rust visible on outside areas) and Pool area needs updating/massive cleaning. Pool/hotub were very dirty and paint was peeling on ceiling (leak?). Also awning to lobby is gross, seagull poop all over it. Breakfast is minimal, grab and go style. We went to coffee shop down the road to eat. If you skip the pool area, and don’t mind a little wear and tear, and walk in through the parking garage (avoid said awning), this is a nice place to stay.

We we quite surprised by this property. We loved the grab n go breakfast, the nightly salmon chowder and the fresh baked cookies. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was a bonus. The view from the balcony was amazing.The fire pits were enjoyable. The pool needed cleaned but I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location, amenities and quality.

Wonderful weekend with the family. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The salmon chowder was a nice treat and we appreciated the breakfast offerings in the morning. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the fireplace in the room while sitting and enjoying the sound of the ocean was perfect. My kids said this was their favorite hotel at the coast.

The room was clean! Great area to walk as we were traveling with our dogs. They have a wonderful salmon chowder served at 5, plus cookies at 7. Loved having laundry facilities as well. The room was large. Nice balcony off room when marine layer burned off lovely ocean view. One negative the AC unit stopped in the middle of the night and it made room hot
