During two recent stays at your Orangeburg property while taking my daughter to college, I encountered several issues that were far below acceptable standards. My first stay, from Friday to Saturday, involved a non‑smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. The sink did not drain, and the television was not functioning. Unfortunately, my second stay was even more concerning. The room had visible roaches and ants, the water was cold, and the sink was again inoperable. I documented these issues with photos and shared them with the manager on duty, but no corrective action was taken. I raised my concerns during each visit, as any guest reasonably expects a clean, functional room and appropriate accommodations or compensation when those expectations are not met. None of that occurred. The only positive aspect of my experience was the customer service provided by the staff, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the condition of the rooms and the lack of follow‑through on reported issues made both stays extremely disappointing. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that an appropriate resolution be provided. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to immediate action.

Parking lot does not accommodate a vehicle with a trailer in tow. Luckily they were not full, we took 4 parking spaces. Only spots in lot we would fit. Had boked on line and prepaid. Sign on door says all customers must park in their lot or be towed from neighboring lots. King bed only had 2 small pillows, ask for additional. All they could give us was a blanket to roll up. Need to have rooms sprayed for spiders. Was some remodeling done, clean. Bathrooms still older. Can easily walk to several places to eat dinner.
