The only problem was the door didn't lock properly, there was no safety latch for when you are inside. The most aweful thing was the manager unlocked the door when we were in the room the first night and simply walked in. Excuse me! Not good. No knock or anything. Just walked in! If I would have had a gun he would have been shot!!!

I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations as your satisfaction is important to us due to the pandemic regulations we have to follow for our guests safety. I apologies you didn't feel the cost was up to your standards of service. We hope once everything returns to normal you will return to enjoy the full services.

The place was nasty. TV did not work properly. There was mold in the coffee maker. The maintenance crew ran a leaf blower in front of my door at 9am. Its a dump, run by total incompetence.

An overnight stay for rest and sleep

We were travelling and needed a nice clean room with a comfortable bead and a nice hot shower for one night. This motel definitely met our needs. Even the pillows were great. They serve a full hot breakfast, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and waffles. Cold cereals, milk and juice. I'm a world traveler so please don't misunderstand my rating. It is not luxurious however you aren't charged an exorbitant price. There was no oder in the room which is important to us. The air conditioner was quiet. Would I stay again? Yes indeed.

Dirty, dishonest, disgusting

This hotel had too many faults to list them all. Hair in the bath room, counters and mirrors dirty, linens tattered and dull, washcloth looked like it was used to wipe down the entire room and the put out as clean. When I arrived they would not honor the reservation price and charged me a higher rate. I arrived late and was too tried to argue. At 1:30 AM the couple next door went into a screaming argument that lasted for 1/2 hour. A call to the desk provided no relief from this. The walls are thin so we heard every word and every bit of the banging on the furniture. The only saving grace was the assistant manager who I spoke to in the morning corrected my bill and was very professional. NEVER AGAIN!
