Good hotel! Customer service is great and rooms were clean. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. I loved that the room was ready when I arrived around 8am and price for 2 nights was very fair. Walgreens is around the corner from the hotel which was a plus to get drinks and snacks

If you’re going to Disney Parks this is a 12 min walk so very convenient. Our only issue was the $32 parking fee per night. I think that is way too much for parking. Overall this hotel was great if visiting the parks

A good stay for a short walk to Disney. We've stayed at this property several times in the past when it was under different ownership. There wasnt much renovation done at the time of change, just some little LULU decor from what I could tell. Staff is EXCELLENT and the check in cocktail is a fun addition!

They went above and beyond.

Overall good experience with most workers. They were extremely nice and helpful. I had an issue in first room I had and immediately was accommodated and resolved. They understood my concerns and offered to what they could to make it a great stay.

We returned from Disneyland to discover that our iPad was missing. I played the “Find My” devices sound & noticed it was in the next building which was the main hotel building. I called the front desk & was informed it was probably in the housekeeping area & no one had keys at night. I should call back the next day. The next morning I went to the front desk. I asked how my iPad could be in housekeeping & was told anytime customers leave things around the hotel it goes to housekeeping. I informed her, I left it in my room. She served a bit surprised, but quickly recovered & said it was probably taken when our bedding was changed, that they always find stuff in bedding. She also said she saw the iPad in housekeeping the day before. They did return it to me, with a post-it with the date on it. Not so much as an apology. I understand mistakes happen, what confuses me is: 1. Our bedding was changed after two nights. I’ve never had a hotel change bedding after that short of time. Seemed odd. 2. The staff knew there was a customer’s iPad that had been removed from a room yet still locked it in housekeeping & made it unavailable because no one in the whole hotel had the keys to that room in the evening. I do find both of those things highly suspicious. Initially, I thought it was an accident. After some reflection, I am doubtful it was. It also confused my children who did not understand why someone would steal. I explained it was an accident, but not even a 10 & 8 year old that.

The fact you have to pay EXTRA for parking is such a scam if I would’ve known it was an additional fee PER day for parking alone I would’ve went to a nicer hotel. The bathroom sink was clogged and the tub water wouldn’t go down all the way, the front desk service was very nice but the overall room wasn’t worth the price, motel 6 is better than here
