CARPETS REALLY NEED TO BE CLEANED. BED WAS SQUEAKING EVERY TIME WE MOVED AROUND.

This hotel is slightly below average in terms of the cleanliness and amenities. But if you’re staying there for Disney then who cares! It suits the need for a room to rest between parks and is comfortable. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to Disney and has a Starbucks, Blaze pizza and Walgreens right next to it which we loved. The pool was pretty bad, only 4 lounge chairs and the pool was filthy. So if swimming is important to you, look elsewhere. Our room was cleaned everyday but obviously in a hurried manner. The staff was very nice. Overall a solid place to stay if you’re spending most of the day in Disney.

Disappointed

Checked in No TV remote , Phone not working, Air Conditioner filters look like they have never been cleaned. Carpet in room and hallway needed a good cleaning. This must be a common occurrence at this hotel because management acted like it was no big deal and could careless about customer service. Need to get a new management team in that hotel.

Insect problem

There was bed bugs in our first room so they gave us another room then in the parking lot my car was parked in the shade by s tree and my car was infested with ants. We had to take it to two different car cleaners to remove the ants and still ants were coming out. I sprayed a whole can of raid and still ants kept coming it was a disaster.. it really was like a movie.. Don’t go to this hotel

Nothing like the pictures. It’s definitely not worth the price. The bathroom was so dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We got to our hotel couple hours early and the front staff was able to check us in with an available room! She gave us the option to wait for a Better room but we opted to settle in and get our day started! Very pleasing to know we didn’t need to wait hours for a room! Hotel was in walking distance to Walgreens, Starbucks and Disney which was a plus!

Horrible experience. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Tried to charge us twice for an extension for another night after the extension was cleared and paid for on my Credit Card. The manager was not polite and did not fess up to their mistake. Then the television system was down. The food was not included in room rate which was told it was and it is outrageously priced. The only thing going for this hotel is the location. Walking distance to the parks.

Hi Mike: We're sorry you had trouble with a billing issue, along with problems with the television set during your recent stay in our hotel.

Upon check in I was asked to provide them my credit card to keep on file for "incidentals". I informed the clerk that my room was already paid in full through the Travelocity website and I had my confirmation of payment so there should be no extra charges. She agreed but said it was just what they require. I was given a parking pass which the hotel clerk told me that parking was included for my two night stay. I happened to look at my credit card statement and found a charge of $65.04 from Red Lion. I called the hotel and was told that the charges were for tax on the room and also parking for two days. Justin told me he would credit my account $30. for the parking and it would take 7-10 days.... I'm not going to be staying there on my next business trip. The hotel needs to be upfront with their charges.
