There was lots of shops and activites. Nice light show at night. Check in was a bitbnerve racking as the access codes for parking and elevators did not work and property management was closed. Other than that excellent stay!!

The location of this property is great for concerts and shopping. I just do not think the owner of this particular property/unit cared too much about updates or making a good impression. I wish I had looked into other units. First of all, the description states it sleeps six. It does if you don’t mind a renovated closet with tiny bunks installed. When I say closet, I do mean a hall closet with bifold doors turned bunk area. It was completely unacceptable for even the 2 young women I had with me. We only had 4, so that wasn’t a big deal, but it does need to be noted it is for small children. Next, the sleeper sofa for my two guests had the worst mattress you could imagine. The couch itself was grungy and was the only seating in the living room, so it just wasn’t the kind of relaxing feel you are looking for. The master bedroom was a very similar situation, an old broken down mattress with two flat pillows. The ceiling fan was barely hanging on and clanked around all night long. I swore it was going to spin off during my stay. Just overall this unit has no appeal for the price. Nothing nice and homey feeling, just very run down and bare bones. Pretty sure there was mold on the shower ceiling. It was a good thing we stayed busy and didn’t need the unit for lounging. We suffered through the nights and finally on the last day, just went and rented a nice hotel on the beach before heading home. I would encourage the owner of this property to do some updates.

I don’t believe the sheets were changed as the imprint of a body was still in the sheets when I pull the bedding down. The coffee table was nasty and not cleaned at all, they had no toilet paper, we had to go buy some and not enough towels. However the location is fabulous and the area around is wonderful. The place was decorated nice but couch needs to be replaced due to tears.

The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room.

The property is pretty run down and tired. The furniture, carpets, doors, appliances, and decor is cheap and well worn. It looks and feels dirty and truly needs a deep cleaning and refresh. The property looks promising and has much to offer. We enjoyed our stay for the location and amenities, just not the unit. We did extend as work was extended and it was too much hassle to relocate. This unit is not well suited for business professionals, it’s a party unit and certainly shows it.

For the price I think you could find better. They are a few things they could make better. 1st- Zero communication of where the pool was located. Beware you have to drive. 2nd- Floors were swept but haven’t been mopped in some time. If you walked around with out shoes in room you feet would be black. 3rd- They give you bare minimum. 1 paper towel 1 towel paper 1 plastic rash bag. Seems like they are trying to be as cheap as possible. If you are renting a place at least give people basic essentials. 4th- Shower head needs to be replaced. 5th- The tubs faucet would not stop running to allow sufficient water pressure to shower head.
