The condo was nice with some lived in blemishes. Our family had a great time and it had everything we needed, for the most part.The unfortunate thing was the condo is managed by a company that isn't very accommodating in regard to flexibility. In fact, they made it impossible to check in early unless I wanted to spend 100 dollars for a 4 hour early check in. Instead, they 'get you' by offering the day before for under 100 dollars! Me and my 3 kids were traveling for 14 hours from Alaska, I knew they didn't have the condo booked for the day before and instead of helping with cost or being remotely flexible, they made it more advantageous for their company to make money by booking the condo another night, by offering it cheaper than an early check in! They don't offer military discounts either. I'm sure the actual owners of the condo would have been more understanding and just overall, personable. While using a company to manage your property is easier, you miss the human aspect of it all. The company also only gives you 1 ROLL of toilet paper and 1 TRASH bag, for a week of stays! Again, the actual property was clean, stocked and a good location.
