Condo was wonder. Thankfully we didn’t need the bunk bed. The top bunks have very little clearance from the ceiling, which makes them entirely too high for small children. View was absolutely stunning.

Amazing Views and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo facing the beach. It was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again. The Host was so helpful. Great communication. Many great restaurants all around. White sand beaches, a nice pool, and only a few miles from the Tanger Outlets Mall.

The splash pad was great for the toddler and it was nice to have the indoor pool for rainy parts of the day. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn’t have basic cooking items like oil, salt or pepper.

Great condo!

We had a great visit! The condo was just as expected. We had all 4 kids in the bunk room (2 teens and two younger kids). Their only complaint was the ceiling was a little low on the top bunk, but that was to be expected! It's a very lodge loft area with two twin mattresses. We appreciated all of the towels in the condo. The living room area was nice and clean; a little tight for us all to sit in but definitely made it work! The balcony had a great view and plenty of space. We typically didn't have a problem getting a chair at the pool. Elevators are very slow almost every morning due to people checking in and out but seemed much quicker after 10am. Indoor pool/hot tubs were nice for our one rainy afternoon.

The condo has an excellent view of the beach. The facility also has an excellent entry to the beach. The built in bunk bed with two twins allows for big families. The mattresses were a bit stiff, but the condo was great otherwise.

Overall the property was great! The apartment was very nice!! and had everything we needed.The furniture was a little different than what was pictured however it was not bad at all. We had a great time in the pool and on the splash pad for the kids, and the beach access was very convenient.

Great place for a beach location!

This unit was clean and well furnished. It was a perfect fit for our family. We loved looking out over the ocean each morning and enjoyed being steps from the beach. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own space.

Our stay was excellent. The beach was clean and was just perfect being right outside the building. Kids had plenty to do. This is too floor and with that comes tremendous views but only downside is you may be waiting for elevator during peak times in the afternoon. I would recommend this condo to anyone regardless! 10/10

Beautiful Condo, dated facility

The condo was a beautiful condo on the top floor of the building. My rating has nothing to do with the condo itself but with the building/facility that the condo is in.The condo was on the 15th (top floor) of the building and only 2 of 4 elevators were working and at one point only 1 elevator was working, so we definitely got our exercise on the stairs. The pool was also closed which was unexpected.The parking fee is definitely more then expected as well.

Such a nice place!

This condo was such a nice place to stay! The bunk room was super fun for our three boys. This place was stocked soooo well! Box fans, umbrella, chair, loads of towels, a few extra cleaning supplies. They really went above and beyond! The front desk was friendly. Everyone we encountered was nice! The splash pad was amazing as well.

Fall Break Family Getaway

Great week away with our family! This condo was furnished with everything that we needed for the week, outside of a small restock of the things mentioned in the listing. I did break a decorative piece and reached out early week. I had a pleasant experience with the host team that I spoke with. Closer to the end of our stay, the balcony door would not unlock. I called the host team, and again, they were very pleasant and offered to fix it once we checked-out, if preferred. My youngest really enjoyed the splash pad on the premises. We had a beautiful view and truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for hosting!

Beautiful condo

We had a great week spent here. The decor was beautiful, but simple (which I much prefer over a ton of decor my kiddos could throw around). The bunk room was fun, my kids loved it! The master had a firm box spring bed which my husband loved, but it was a little too firm for me. Phoenix 5 is super nice with 4 elevators to accomodate the influx of beachgoers. They were in the process of changing out the old elevators with new, so that was a bit of a stink. The splash pad was a lot of fun for my kids ages 2, 5, and 6. The only complaint I had was the slickness of the splash pad. I wish it had more texture to prevent slips. I would recommend taking water shoes to help with grip. Both sons had hard slips and fell backwards just walking. So I just recommend wearing water shoes when at the splash pad. Any time we had a concern or issue, management through current tides was prompt and very efficient in helping.
