Phoenix 2041 is mere steps to the gulf. Any closer to the water and you would be in it. Gulf front balcony and living room. Phoenix 2041 has been updated with completely new kitchen and baths. Quartz countertops throughout. Walkin shower in hall bath and new tub and shower in master bath. Ceilings have been retextured, and most spaces have been freshly painted.

Lobby area has been remodeled with new time and paint, hot tubs recently replaced. Both elevators have recently been modernized.

Have a little one? There's 2 pack 'n plays as well as a high chair.

Condo has Oracode 660K time-sensitive coded entry lock installed; eliminating the need for a key. No need to worry about carrying a key to the beach or worrying about who in your group has the key. Everyone in your group will have access via the same code.

The corner location makes for incredible views of sunrises and sunsets at sea, kids in the huge outdoor pool, or in the kiddie pool splashing under the mushroom waterfall. Check out the action on the beach from your beachfront balcony. There is even a second balcony so you can see fabulous sunsets and watch the action on our two tennis courts.

Want a change of pace from beach and pool? There is racquetball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and pickleball (next door at Phoenix III) an exercise room, hottubs, saunas and a game room. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. There is a mini golf facility directly across the street and another two arcades a short walk away. Bring your bike and pedal through the state park or alongside the beach road on specially marked bicycle lanes.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience.The kitchen was clean,be prepared to bring everything you need for cooking (spices, etc.). The pots and pans are older and warped, which made cooking a bit challenging and left a mess on the stovetop.There were several light bulbs missing or burned out, which made parts of the home feel dark, especially on the patio. The living room furniture could use updating or a deep clean, and unfortunately the floors throughout the home were quite dirty upon arrival—there appeared to be sticky spots, like spilled soda. Definitely plan to bring your own paper goods, as there was only about half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.On a positive note, the master bedroom was comfortable, clean, and had great storage. The bathrooms seemed to be updated. The third bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and likely needs replacing.We did appreciate the pack-n-plays and high chairs—great touch for families, and the seashell collection added a nice beachy charm. Very convenient to the beach. One thing to note: the neighbors appeared to be renters as well and smoked pot frequently on the patio, and the smell was quite strong at times.Overall, the location and setup have potential, but the home would benefit from better cleaning, maintenance, and a few updates to improve the guest experience.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Glide rocker patio furniture was so nice to watch the ocean and dolphins . Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware but recommend bringing seasonings and items such as coffee and filters as they are not provided. Had a great vacation!

The host was very helpful getting us checked in. The property was well maintained, with modern appliances, fresh paint, and furniture in mostly good condition. The ocean view from the property were absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was a lack of a few basic items, insufficient towels, bath tissue and no cleaning supplies, however, this wasn’t enough to take away from the overall great experience.We do have one complaint for the actual building tower itself, (and nothing against the host!) one of the elevators (passed freight elevator) smelled like pee! Luckily, we were only on the 4the floor, so we could hold our breath!!Overall, I would recommend this property and would happily book again in the future.

Great location on the beach

This property was mostly well maintained. There were a few minor inconveniences but overall we had a wonderful stay. The beach facing balcony door was extremely hard to open and close, the ice maker did not make ice, the outlet next to the bed in the master bedroom did not work and was wiggly, there were no cushions for the chairs on the front facing balcony, the refrigerator door when opened brushed the counter, and the smell in the hallway by the elevators always smelled on marijuana. I did love the view from the back balcony and from the kitchen. The walk in shower was a lifesaver when rinsing out our swim wear. Everything you need is nearby or can be delivered. If you have packages delivered, they do not come to your doorstep, they go to building 1. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Overall, this condo worked very well for us. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. My wife and I ended up in the queen bedroom behind the kitchen. It is definitely a firm mattress but was not uncomfortable. The unit is on the 4th floor which made for a short elevator ride. It is beachfront, so the view is good, but it is on the corner of the building which is farthest from the shore and has another building on the right, so the view is somewhat limited. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and feel that this condo is a good value.

Kitchen has been recently renovated, but, the beddings and mattresses could use updating too.2 of the 4 saunas ( out of 4 properties) were broken. Extra amenities for families were a bonus ( arcade, hot tubs ( they weren't all open and they are small), raquetball, etc....we enjoyed the beach and being together!

They stay was good but they expect you to take the trash out and load dishwasher before you go but only leave you one trash bag and one pods for the whole entire stay. We had to purchase trash bags, soap, paper towels, a dish towel to even wash dishes. And the sheets were dirty and had sand all in them. Check in was also at three and we checked in right at three got up to the condo about 3:10 and the lady was still cleaning and didn’t get finished until 4:00. I was a little upset about that beings that it was an 8 hour drive for us with two very small children and we were ready and expecting to be in our room by then.
