Great Condo for great price

Just a quick weekend trip but the condo was great, clean, well equipped, comfy.... no complaints. We enjoyed it.

Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful, the unit was clean and fresh. The service was excellent. Check-in and host/customer service was smooth and seamless. To sum it up, i would stay here any chance i had, time and time again.

Love the Phoenix West II! Our condo was everything we needed. Facilities were clean, very family oriented and the pool plus lazy river top it off for a great time

Great stay!

This was perfect for our family of four (with 2 littles — a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old) plus my husbands parents. Bc it was the off-season, we had no problem waiting for elevators, like folks in the other reviews did. We never waited for longer than a couple of minutes. So cool to be on the 28th floor! We could see occasional sharks, schools of rays, and dolphins from our window bc we were so high. Our four year old loved snorkeling and the slide and lazy river. Two year old loved the splash pad and sand. A wonderful vacation!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went for a friend's 50th Birthday and the condo was perfect. It's decorated nicely and very clean. The VIEW IS AMAZING - we saw a few sharks/dolphins in the water in the early morning hours from the balcony since we were so high up. The beds slept well and had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The property management company communicates very well. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!You are close to various restaurants in the area - we went to the FloraBama/Bubba's Seafood/Shrimp Basket/ Gt's on the Bay and loved them all.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience wasn’t the best firstly the tv in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t play anything when asked to fix it we had to wait 2 days then they came in while we were gone and worked on the wrong tv . So had to text them to come back and had to wait another day . Then was asked if they could show the condo to a potential buyer while we had it rented with all of our stuff in it. And also the washer wouldn’t spin the water out of the clothes and they never came to fix that problem.

Great experience!

This was a great spot for our family trip with our adult and almost adult children. The views are incredible and the building amenities were exactly what we were looking for as well. Thank you for a lovely week filled with special memories!! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Amazing Anniversary Getaway

This property is just amazing. The unit is Gorgeous and has an incredible view. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We wish we had booked longer. It would be a dream come true to wake up to that view every single day. The communication was flawless from start to finish. The artwork in this unit was insanely beautiful custom statement pieces that I wish to add to my home in the near future. We will certainly be back. Actually looking at dates to return right now lol

This place is great for families, girls trip, or weekend of golf and beach time with buddies. The lazy river is where we spent most of our time and really enjoyed it. The great thing about this place is all the little things are RIGHT. We went on a VERY busy weekend and never had to wait long for elevators. We've stayed other places and have waited and waited on them. The condo has all the little things too... Good towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, etc.

The condo was spacious and close to all the restaurants in Orange Beach. One of the best things about the Condo was how quiet it was. We could open up the balcony door and listen to the sounds of waves while we relaxed in pure bliss. Thanks for the great trip.
