Be aware you have to pay extra for parking. Also the area is very near to a large homeless population. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. They did have quite the oatmeal bar. But the scrambled eggs were blah. As was the sausage.

Nice clean property. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy. Close to lots of downtown restaurants and bars. We encountered lots of seemingly homeless people 3-4 blocks from the property, but not any closer than that. They were not a problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.
