"The staff was friendly. No coffee maker in the room but there's one in the lobby. There's also no bathroom in the Lobby and if you want to check in early it's an extra 30 bucks."

"Room was dusty and a lot of spider webs all over the condo. Closets haven’t been vacuumed in a while, there was a lot of dust mites and thick dust. Light by the door doesn’t work, so at night time it’s very inconvenient. Vents were full of dust, so our allergies were bad."

The building is dated and needs a lot of work to make it up to date. The beds are okay with clean sheets. The bathroom with the shower is just the right size and with white clean towels. The staff are nice. The building is in the middle of Tahoe City walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and most especially to the lake. We got there early since we need to be at the church wedding by 2pm. We were directed to go to Basecamp (their sister company) so we can change and get ready for the wedding since Pepper Tree Inn staff won’t be there till 3pm. We were very happy with our stay at Pepper Tree Inn."
