This listing is not ready for hosting. Check the photos carefully...there is a level of maintenance that is still needed to be completed. We were provided with stained, threadbare bath towels (not enough towels for all guests or hand towels for all bathrooms). No dish towels or hot pads in kitchen. Kitchen plates/cups/utensils were limited and definitely not enough if you are planning on hosting 10 people at this site. Some bathrooms were missing soap. Missing trim on doorway in one bedroom. Only about half the light switches worked. Curtains were ripped. Beds not as listed (twin and full, not queen and double). Door jammer placed on door in lower level that appeared to connect to garage. Pool was not expected to be used and cover was on, however, it was filled with dirt and leaves. There also was a pile of trash in backyard. Not very inviting to enjoy a fire outside. Downstairs bathroom sink tile was cracked, unlike photos in listing. The "gym" and washer/dryer are located in the basement and the laundry room had a hamper of dirty rags/towels waiting to be cleaned. Definitely not what I was expecting.
