The sofa bed was absolutely terrible and in no condition to sleep on as all you could feel was it’s springs sticking out and aching your back, I was unable to sleep all night due to being in pain and woke up with aches and bruises all over my back. Also in the bathroom you can’t press the button to flush the toilet we had to use the end of the spoon. Despite not sleeping at all the service in reception was exceptional! Such a warm welcome from her

The bar opposite plays extremely loud music until 4am in Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. The staff would have know this but didn’t tell us at check in. The next day we were told we should have moved rooms because of the noise. Request a room that is not on the courtyard side
