"When we arrived on a busy Sat in the early evening the valets informed us they were full and directed us to the self park garage across the street. It was a very safe, clean and convenient garage at a fraction of the cost to valet the car at the hotel. The check in was the quickest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The television wasn’t working properly but maintenance was knocking on the door within minutes of expressing our concern to correct the problem. The concierge Angelique was one of the most knowledgeable and sweetest we had ever encountered. Every place she recommended and set up reservations at was exceptional. It was our first trip to Montreal and we passed many other hotels while exploring the city but I would not hesitate to book at Le Westin for our next visit. The location was superb as well!"
