Payments and Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
• In case of damages or violation of the rules, we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover any expenses.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are privately owned and offered as tourist rentals in accordance with Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate agency specializing in short-term holiday rentals.

Online Check-in and Rental Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests).
• All data is handled in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• Guests must sign a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided before arrival.

Key Collection

Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the correct waste bags and ensure proper disposal of all waste before departure.

• After 1:00 AM only with prior approval
