The staff were wonderful in the places very clean. The pool was shut down temporarily Saturday night. As far as the comfort goes, the beds are horribly uncomfortable. It wasn't just me after two back surgeries It was also my 13-year-old our backs were killing us after sleeping on those beds they were not soft at all and we both had sleeping trouble both nights just because the beds were so uncomfortable. Otherwise the staff and everything else was great they deserve a five star comfort-wise it's a two star

The room felt dirty as soon as I opened the door. The carpet smelt like cat/dog urine. The bed was dirty and the restroom as well. We noticed that the walls had drip marks. Worse hotel I ever stayed at. Don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast was basic hot foods and cereals, but it was all good. The lady who does their breakfast is very good at her job and friendly. The room was clean and nice. The overall environment was good.

The room was not clean. The sheets were dirty and smelly, they were NOT clean linen. The bathroom floors were sticky! The entire room just smelled musky! We would’ve left immediately had we not been so tired and had we not arrived so late. The room was not up to standard with the Hampton Inn brand. Pitiful!
