"Well renovated hotel. Fairly basic in its amenities, but all you need. Very clean and staff was helpful. The pool is 6 stars! Great outdoor heated pool for kids and adults alike - highlight of the trip. The bar area wasn't open yet, but once it is open will be a great addition to the pool area! 3 ..."

"Clean room. We stayed in the original main building on the third floor. Walkway outside our room (the porch area) has loose or broken floor boards. A bit scary and every time someone walked by it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. Even just standing there it feels like that. ..."

"The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The environment is pretty quiet its a bit further from the beach then I thought so you're not able to walk there which means you have to pay for parking but the hotel itself is worth the stay."

A bit scary and every time someone walked by it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. Even just standing there it feels like that. So it also made a lot of noise when they walked by enough noise that it woke us up. This is something that really should be addressed. I’m guessing it’s going to become a safety issue at some point. Was hoping to sit out there for the view of the ocean but we just weren’t comfortable because of the floor. Other than that the location for York Beach is great. "
