Approximately 3 miles to the beach, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath rental could be the perfect place to escape for your vacation. This Duplex provides a great open layout. The first floor is bright, spacious, and welcoming. Master suite on the first floor. Second floor consists of a spacious loft, 2 generous guest bedrooms (pyramid bunk D/T) and Trundle (D/T), a full bath, plus an additional master suite. No smoking.

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! The house offered the perfect space and excellent entertainment. It even included all kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, and anything we could have needed to go to the beach. The only downside was that there were a lot of ticks all throughout the neighborhood so we had to be very diligent about checking us and our dog multiple times a day.

Wonderful community

Extended family week at the beach! We have been staying in Bethany for over twenty years each summer at a relative’s home. This is our first time renting in a different community. The house was beautiful and met all of our needs. Having a pool was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and a wonderful area to walk and bike. Fantastic week!

Beautiful property

Well equipped , home in excellent condition . Very nice community . Pool was super nice . Gym was on smaller side but decent . TVs were all streaming - not a fan but sign of the times ! We had a great experience overall !
