The property is very run down for a Country Inn Suites. Had to re-request towels and toiletries multiple times as only minimal were left in the room. What topped it off the representative requested we bring dirty towels down to front seat when I was going out of the front door to celebrate my birthday. The hotel really put a damper on our visit to Ocean Spings.

I was shown 5 rooms, and left. Room 1, hole in ceiling above shower and chuncks of drywall in tub. Room 2, no handles on dresser. Room 3, smoke detector ripped off wall. Room 4, smoke detector covered with plastic bag and dirty linnes shoved in corner. Room 5, lock hanging from door and wouldn't secure. Not to mention the smell EVERYWHERE. This building should be condemned and the owner jailed.

Hotel okay for quick stay. I stayed one night. Suite included microwave and chiller. Room looked clean at first. Then noticed the sheets full of baby powder. Old towels. Bathroom dusty. Tried to use sofa bed in room for a guest and the sofa bed had no sheets and mattress looked like a murder scene. Red and brown everywhere disgusting.

The staff and management failed to provide assistance when an unforeseen issue occurred that cost me to leave the area the same day checked in. I understand policies are in place but situations occur and it’s all about customer service stand point that would have helped make things better.

We stayed two nights and paid for a room with a jetted tub, but when we tried to enjoy the hot tub the jets didn’t work, so we told management only to be told it’s nothing he can do bcuz we didn’t say anything the first night, which is bs but whatever, for all that we could gotten the room without the jetted tub with was $30 cheaper than what we paid, will not be staying here again, there customer service is horrible

The room had everything I needed — a good shower, hot water, a fridge, and plenty of outlets for charging. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but it was exactly what I needed for a short trip. Everything worked well and the room felt comfortable.
