Approaching the beautiful brick and grey façade of ‘Coastal Bliss’, you enter the home's hallway, leading you straight to the open living & dining area. The gold pendant lights guide your eye along the kitchen's island bench and onto the dining area, which sits a 6-seater table in front of the glass doors to the Alfresco Area.
The Alfresco Area has comfortable seating for five and a backyard that wraps down the side of the home.
The Kitchen has a sleek design with subway tile splash back and oak cupboards, including a large walk-in pantry with a fridge inside. The modern kitchen includes all the appliances, cutlery and crockery you need to make dinner time a breeze. Such as a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and fridge. It also has a Portable Grill that can be used outside for a BBQ-like experience.
In front of the kitchen sits the main lounge area, which hosts a plush couch and two lounge chairs where you can snuggle up and enjoy the Large Smart TV connected to the Free WIFI to log in and stream all your favourite shows.
At the end of the home is a second lounge area, which contains a cozy seating area with a two-seater couch and lounge chair underneath the split system air conditioner. A study desk and computer chair are also in the corner of the lounge for your work-from-home needs. As well as a Foosball table for added entertainment!
Between the kitchen and dining area, there is an opening to the rear section of the home.
Straight forward, you have the laundry fit with a washing machine, clothes airers, ironing board and iron.
Continuing towards the back of the home, you have the Master Retreat, which entails a mirrored built-in robe, occasional chair, Queen bed with bedside tables fit with lamps and a stunning Ensuite. The Ensuite features a lovely double vanity, a large walk-in shower and a closed-off toilet.
Returning to the home's front entry, you have a second hall area to the side, which hosts the three other bedrooms, the Main bathroom, which services them all, equipped with a separate toilet. The Bathroom consists of a Vanity, Hairdryer, Shower and Bath.
Both the second and third bedrooms are comprised of a queen bed with bedside tables and a built-in robe. The fourth bedroom holds a single bunk bed, a built-in robe, and a study area with a desk and chair so the kids can catch up with their homework or have their own quiet creative space. A spare foldable mattress is also stored in the cupboard for an additional guest.
There is no garage access included. However, there is plenty of free parking in the Driveway or the Street Parking Lanes.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Oakdean Blvd in the seaside town of Ocean Grove. With essentials just a 5 min drive or 25 min walk away, Woolworths Ocean Grove, Market Place, or Kingston Village Centre. At Kingston’s Village Centre, you can find Woolworths, Aldi, Dan Murphey’s and many eateries, including Zombrero, Nicko’s Fish & chips and Town & Country Pizza & Pasta. Also, a noteworthy restaurant nearby is The Mex, only a 5-minute drive away on Grubb Rd. Enjoy nearby attractions such as, Kingston park and Bellarine sports & Aquatic Centre (5 min drive), Banks Road Vineyard (4 min drive), Adventure park (10 min drive), Bellarine Adventure Mini Golf (6 min drive), or of course, the Ocean Grove Main Beach (10 min drive).
Getting Around
We highly recommend bringing a vehicle to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounds. There are buses about a 25-minute walk from the property, along Shell Rd and Grubb Rd. You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers, but they may not be nearby.
