Royal Hawaiian 410 is a comfy and cute two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the popular Hawaiian Village on 142nd Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This ocean block condo has what vacationers need without breaking the bank: a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a wet bar, a separate dining table, a washer and dryer, and an ample balcony with an ocean view accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Currently being renovated and will feature new bathrooms and a new kitchen for summer 2026! The condo provides three TVs with cable, plus internet access to keep guests connected and entertained. This sought-after building features elevator access, an outside shower to rinse the sand when you return from the beach, plus both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and two parking spots. Its proximity to the beach, Fenwick Island attractions, notable restaurants, and Northside Park make it ideal for a week's stay. (Fitness room is for the owner's use only) Please note**Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, two double beds in bedroom two, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off-season.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Cable goes to winter basic 11/1 - 4/1.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Overall we had a really nice stay - the place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed! I will say, the tv and internet did not work the entire week which was a little disappointing. We did call and were told there was an outage - not sure if that was actually the issue considering it was out the whole week - we did have someone needing to work during our stay so they had to use a hotspot on their phone to work, may want to keep that in mind if you need internet while there! Other than that we had a great stay!

Apt is nothing special. Their TV is very small and equipment with it is extremely old. For example, they still have a cassette tape player. None of the remotes would work with the TV so we hardly got any channels. Which was super annoying because we had two days of just full on rain and we had to be staying inside. The screen door that was broken last year was still broken this year. The outside pool was freezing and you couldn’t go in at all, and the inside pool was too cold to swim for more than a few minutes in the hot tub was broken. So overall kind of disappointing visit. Won’t rent from here again.

This was a very nice property. Unfortunately there was work being done. Painting of the hallways. Not a big deal. Carpets in our unit were very dirty. If you walked bare foot your feet got black. Other than that. Place was very very nice!!
