Location was perfect. Property management was great and super responsive to issues and questions. The cleanliness was not so good, felt pretty grimy. There were what looked like bloody boogers found in several very obvious spots, walls, doors, mattress pad. Definitely needs a good cleaning. White socks were black after walking on the floors.

Overall a nice property

Overall it was very nice and a great location! The only thing that I would say bad about it that I would not classify them having 2 parking spaces as listed. There is only one guaranteed spot and then the whole complex shares the unmarked spots. We drove and walked around the entire parking lot and only saw one unmarked space. Therefore there is one space for the entire complex to share.

The house was clean & very comfortable. It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. but far from the boardwalk & amusement park. If you are traveling with kids who want to go to amusement park, its a short drive, which isn't a deal breaker. I would stay again.

July 4th getaway with best friends

The condo was in a great location! The beds were very comfortable and the living area and kitchen were spacious. Thr balcony was very nice as well. Thr directions for parking were not clear even after inquiring. It would have been much appreciated if toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided as at other properties.We did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Would stay here again!

The check-in process was easy. The renters communicated with us to pre, during, and post stay. The place was exactly as described. It was clean and everything worked. The balcony was nice. The beds were comfy. The location is great bayside. I cannot endorse this place enough.

Excellent stay! This condo complex is QUIET! Great options for families. Not a party place! The condo itself was perfect, with enough bed space and bathroom for our family. Proximity to the beach and local restaurants is great. Far enough away from some of the big hotels to make this part of town seem quiet.The only downside, maybe, is the pool hours during our Sunday-Thursday stay was pretty limited. Basically before sunset, pool area is closed. Certainly keeps the noise down at night, so we understood the intent.The back balcony is amazing for morning coffee and evening wine time!Overall great stay.

Clean, spacious, conveniently located condo!

Location was great, condo was perfect for our family of three adults and one 8 yr old. Condo was clean and spacious with three nice size bedrooms, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, patio overlooking the pool was nice to sit on and enjoy a cup of coffee. Complex was clean, quiet and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and about a half block from beach. Not a lot of kids at the complex while we were there however, overall we were extremely happy with the condo and would definitely rent again. Thank You!

Love the Trumpet

We had a mix of three generations for a 4 day trip in July 2024. First time at this property. It was a great location and an easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice and relaxing too. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful Location

The location of the property was great and it was just as it was represented in the pictures/description. Located near a handicap accessible beach entrance which was important to us. Easy in & out of complex. But…. Could have been cleaner!!! Water on kitchen countertop and dirty bowl in sink when we arrived. Garbage disposal was leaking which caused the cabinet under the sink to have a musty gross smell. Master bathtub was dirty and hair left in the drain 2nd bathroom had mildew on the shower curtain. I realize that the owner most likely has a cleaning company come in for turnover so would I stay again…YES!!! Just recommend a better go over between guests and maybe a broom & dustpan

Nice family beach getaway

This apartment met our needs, was a short walk to the beach, was near several good restaurants and had a nice pool. We had plenty of space. We had an issue with the toilet when we arrived that was resolved the next day - an inconvenience with 8 people sharing one bathroom, but it was resolved. The beds were comfortable. It could have been cleaned better. Check-in and out was easy and we had good communication from the management company.
