This direct bayfront property features lots of amenities on the premises for your enjoyment! Included are a tot lot that the unit overlooks, tennis courts, great bay front views that give you the famous OC sunsets, outdoor pool, and even an onsite bar and restaurant, Reel Inn. Enjoy the multiple balcony areas throughout the property. Off the living room you can enjoy breakfast coffee, or afternoon refreshments from your spacious balcony overlooking the open bay, boating & wildlife. Cook your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and breakfast bar. Harbour Island is the home of one of the largest annual billfish tournaments in the world! You’re just a few steps to the exciting, daily weigh-ins by the tournament participants.
This multi-level townhome can comfortably sleep up to nine guests. All bedrooms have internet enabled tv's for your favorite streaming apps. Bed sizes include 1 king in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, a pyramid bunk ( twin over full) plus an additional twin in the third bedroom, and a queen bed in the den area on the lower garage level. There are two full baths, plus a small private bath with a shower on the lower level next to the den, as well as a half bath in the living area. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent, which would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. Fun Location
Harbour Island is a fun location - walkable to the boardwalk, great pool bar/restaurant. House was a bit dirty, slight ant issue in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms was literally in the garage. Overall experience was good, but not great.

perfect property for family of 10
We were pleasantly surprised to find the property larger than expected, with a spacious kitchen/breakfast bar attached to living room with great view of the bay. We watched the sunset every evening and studied stars into the night. It is a nice, quiet and clean community.

Holiday Weekend Family Trip
We stayed Memorial Day weekend with our 2 toddlers. Check-in with Central Reservations is really easy, they give thorough instructions which is great.
The property is an excellent location, in a quiet private community. The view from this unit of the bay is incredible. It's very spacious, clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable (which can be a real gamble with vacation rentals!).
We arrived Friday and the AC wasn't working. It was uncomfortable, so we called Saturday morning and it was fixed while we were out to dinner.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the ants. It wasn't a horrible problem, but they were in every room. We didn't have any food in the condo ourselves until the last night of our stay, and nothing was sticky when we showed up, so I'd have to guess that the ants are just persistent.
Overall, a decent stay.
