Very nice and fairly new modern hotel. Convenient to the venue we were attending Friday night. Staff very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue. Our toilet seemed to be a little slow for flushing other than that would gladly stay there again. Convenient to restaurants, Publix and other shops.

Its a very nice hotel. I've stayed there many times. This time room 233 wasnt all that great. No lights but one in living area. Bed was extremely hard. And air conditioner unite was maybe about 6 inches from the bed. Was very loud and cold when it was in use. Traffic noise was loud as well.well.

Would stay again... but

Upon check in (I had already paid ahead for my room for 2 nights), the gentleman requested my credit card for incidentals. It should have been a hold, not a charge. I was charged $40 ($20 for each night). After I was alerted by my Visa Co of a charge, I inquired. Was told that it would be refunded upon checkout and the return would be based on my banks' terms. As for comfortable seating in morning or afternoon. If you picture yourself sitting comfortably in morning for gathering outside around table or firepit... Just know the front of the hotel faces east. It's hot. Seats are too deep and not comfortable at all.
