The room was exceptionally clean but the refrigerator was not. Located on the ground floor, we heard footsteps from the room above us It seemed like there were dance lessons being held. The breakfast bar was closed, which we were not advised of prior to our stay. Coffee and fruit were offered in the office. All in all the bed was comfortable but the experience was disappointing and we probably wouldn’t stay in the future.

The kitchen was equipped with all items needed to prepare a meal. The only thing missing was a large frying pan. The staff was very helpful, with the cable. Definitely will stay here again.

My room was canceled when I arrived there at 3am, I had to start looking for a new room. I had my reservations made. Horrible service. The room was clean and even had a full size refrigerator and stove. A pleasant surprise so we decided to stay longer than intended. The hotel is undergoing renovation so the breakfast room was not open, but they provided fruit, breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, coffee, tea, and juice. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our special thanks to Christie who helped to return a bag that we left behind. The location was convenient. We will definitely stay at the Baymont Ocala on our next trip.
